Bekkersdal Youth Cultural Celebration 2018

The youth of Bekkersdal took to the street to celebrate the pride of Virginity in a fight against our modern day ill’s, sexually transmitted diseases and teenage pregnancy. In the Nguni cultures of South Africa (KZN) and Swaziland thousands of Maidens take reeds and march to donate them to the building of the palace.
